[Thread] We are into Day 2 of general strike in HK.
Morning news suggest massive police presence in major MTR lines while CUHK is once again surrounded by raptors. Everything is all over the place.

Nathan Rd has only one open lane right now, meaning that everyone else has to take an awkward detour to pass through the abandoned buses. It will take the govt hours to clear this road.

Protesters have fortified Connaught Rd Central on all sides with rubber pipe, bricks and a double-decker bus. No cars can come through. The idea is that if riot police arrives, the roadblocks will give protesters enough time to disperse.
