I love VR games, but I've converted so many friends to enthusiasts through creative tools. For example, tiltbrush has a dressform that I've used for fashion sketching, most of my fashion pals have their minds blown when I show them the process :)

Q: Did you find any smart toys which were secure? A: no. I found some with authentication, but in plaintext. They're trying to be more cognizant, but didn't find any better yet.

Children talk to their toys, confiding to their dolls and stuffed animals. Now toys are listening. And remember. Friend or foe?

My thoughts are: 1) The problem with virtual reality is that no one outside of the VR enthusiasts talk about it (at least in my circles). 2) When we step away from VR we should feel like we’re missing something, like when we're not able to check our cell phones.

Now, for me, it comes down to balancing: 1. Digital minimalism (a positive trend) while maintaining 2. A personal brand (seems to be the way things are headed).
