Excited to share that my book, Fighting for Life, is available now for pre-order! Over 15 years in the making, it’s the guidebook I wish I had when I was just starting out with little experience but a big vision. I hope it inspires and encourages you. https://www.amazon.com/Fighting-Life-Becoming-Change-Wounded/dp/1400219876/ …pic.twitter.com/HBVDzGIH75

"It's very offensive to say that we need violence against children... That we have to kill a child to be empowered. What kind of sick system has been set up that dictates that lie to us?"

This is unbelievably horrific. But it shouldn't surprise us that the pro-abort lobby is doing this. There is no moral difference between killing a baby days after birth or days before. Abortion is infanticide. It's time to pick a side. Being on the fence is not an option.

The "perinatal period" is understood by medical professionals as 140-154 days of gestation to 7-28 days post-birth SB669 decriminalizes letting a baby die in its first 28 days post-birth

The bill would prevent investigations and legal penalties for abortion at any point in pregnancy. Second, the bill would prevent investigations into "perinatal death related to a failure to act." What does this mean?

Horrific: A new bill in Maryland (SB669) legalizes INFANTICIDE. It would open the door for babies to be killed up to 28 days after birth, as well as strip all protections from preborn children up until the moment of birth.

BIG WIN FOR CHILDREN IN TEXAS: The Supreme Court of Texas has ruled against the abortion industry in their litigation against the Texas Heartbeat Law. The law will continue to protect children with a detectable heartbeat from the violence of abortion.https://www.axios.com/texas-supreme-court-abortion-ban-state-0f89ef80-b453-48c9-a986-fa5f9af02d89.html …

The greatest privilege of being a woman is being a mother. Even if we do not become a mother biologically, all of us have the capacity to mother, spiritually & emotionally. Our feminine ability to nurture new life is sacred. May it always be celebrated.

The LESSON here is states need to go even further. Pro-life states should protect every single child from the violent death of abortion, regardless of their age. We know it works. 8/8

Bottom Line: legal protection for the preborn is WORKING in Texas. It will work even better when border states like Kansas and Oklahoma pass stronger laws to protect our kids. 7/8

The out-of-state abortion data is self-reported from abortion groups & has not been verified in any way. Even accepting the potentially wrong numbers from them, the out-of-state increase of 1,250 abortions is only 1/3rd the decline in TX of 3,200 abortions as reported by TX. 5/8

NYT cited 2 studies–both were flawed in multiple ways. Here's how: The data on the abortion pill uses info on the # of abortion pills ordered in TX, not pills taken. Many mothers could have made the seemingly low risk choice to order the pill, but later chose not to take it. 4/8

Some mothers are evading the law & leaving state for abortion or ordering the dangerous abortion pill through mail, but stats show that 2,197 abortions were performed in TX last September, which is 51% less than September 2020. That means 75~ fewer abortions in TX daily. 3/8

Even taken at face value, the authors of this article agree that the Texas Heartbeat law is saving hundreds of children every month and preventing thousands of gruesome abortions since it took effect in the fall. 2/8

THREAD: This NYT piece is misleading. The TX Heartbeat law is saving lives every day, & more rigorous protections from the moment a child comes into existence, instead of the arbitrary time her heart starts beating, is the answer to save more lives. 1/8https://www.nytimes.com/2022/03/06/upshot/texas-abortion-women-data.html …
