I'm at 4-16 and i cant pass the mission bcs im a few points off so i basically waste 8 wings every time i try

Go back to replay the chapter 1 missions for some easy flowers to level up your cards
if you have wings that is

I have to wait for 4 wings to recharge for that and that takes about 30 minutes...

Ah I know that too.. It's so frustrating.. That's why I think I'll take a break from the story anf farm some items to lvl the cards

The issue is you cant really farm for items. Everything goes back to wings. You need wings to do missions for energy and energy to make the boys do agency tasks
