Jesse Morton repeatedly vouched for professional hatemonger Andy Ngo. Ngo helped facilitate a neo-Nazi terror group's kill list of journalists. Light Upon Light and its previous iteration, Parallel Networks, are not transparent about their funding or what kind of organization they are. Their "Shape Shifters" program obfuscates who's paid by LUL, who volunteers for them and people used by the organization for clout.
Former head of NYPD's intelligence analysis, Mitch Silber, is Light Upon Light's CEO. Silber has worked with Morton before and hasn't made clear what his current role with law enforcement is.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of Light Upon Light's unethical behavior. LUL has threatened former extremists who spoke out against them and used former extremists for clout without their consent. The bottom line is LUL should be held to account, avoided and shunned.
