Women in the white power movement very often confuse hatred and “activism,” and dehumanize people when they themselves are dehumanized.

As Angela King, one of our founders, has said: White supremacy ideology “made me feel powerful in spaces where I had no power. It gave me a false sense of self-respect when I had none for myself.”

You’ll hear that echoed in stories like Samantha’s. Compassion, forgiveness and accountability are the bedrock of change. It’s how we were able to regain control of our own lives.
