It’s now been one year since Lido launched 
It’s been a busy but amazing year and we look forward to another year of excitement.
Below we run through some of our biggest achievements of the past year, and what we look forward to in the year to come 
Lido was launched in December 2021 with liquid staking on Ethereum. Since launch we’ve seen more than $11.8b in staked assets across Ethereum, Terra and Solana, paying out +$216m in staking rewards to over 55,000 stakers.pic.twitter.com/JijEDpIstk
Lido’s staked ETH token - stETH - has since then been integrated across @CurveFinance, @1inch, @SushiSwap, @iearnfinance, @BalancerLabs, @anchor_protocol and more, allowing stETH holders to deploy their staked ETH across the DeFi space.pic.twitter.com/jz4KRXemKx
Separate from LP integrations, wstETH (wrapped stETH) was also added as collateral to @MakerDAO, allowing ETH stakers to use their staked ETH as collateral for borrowing.
In just a matter of weeks, the MakerDAO stETH debt ceiling was raised from 5m to 50m to 200m 
stETH was also integrated across a number of fantastic wallets - including @argentHQ, @Ledger, @imTokenOfficial, @TrustWallet, @gnosisSafe, @zapper_fi, @zerion_io and more - allowing users to stake ETH directly from the comfort of their favorite wallets.pic.twitter.com/N1SvWpBYk9
Adding to the success of stETH, the Lido DAO launched @terra_money staking in March with bLUNA, followed up with the launch of stLuna in Dec 2021.
Since launch, more than $6,297,000,000 worth of LUNA has been staked, with Lido becoming the second largest Terra protocol by TVL.pic.twitter.com/Py8UCC9vxg
Taking this a step further, liquid staking on @solana was launched in November with stSOL, letting users earn SOL staking rewards whilst deploying their stSOL across the Solana DeFi space.

To grow the contributions of Lido within the growing liquid staking ecosystem, LEGO was launched.
As an independent ecosystem grants organisation, LEGO aims to assist and fund any developers and projects adding value to the space.

Through LEGO, work has started on liquid staking on @0xPolygon, @Polkadot + @kusamanetwork and @cosmos, as well as @immunefi bug bounties, fixed rate yields via @TempusFinance, and much more.

In July we launched a referral program to further grow the role of liquid staking in the Ethereum ecosystem. This was a great success, and work is being done to extend this to the Solana ecosystem now. To join our referral program, check out http://referral.lido.fi .
In December 2020, the first $1m was staked with Lido. By January 2021, 100,000 ETH were staked with Lido. By June, this hit 500,000 ETH staked, and by August, 1,000,000 ETH were staked with Lido. This is now 1,623,600+ ETH.
