The district confirmed the book is on the reading list however they claim it’s only for teens. Why would a school instruct any age student to read pornographic content?

Tbh I think it's less of them trying to push porn onto them and rather them just saying, "oh look! An LGBTQ-friendly book! And look at how nice the art style is~" and just thinking they're being an ally with no other questions being raised.
