    Interesting changes since I've gotten older (though not "old" ... yet): - All nighters 👉 Early mornings - 12-hour marathons randomly hacking on stuff 👉 3-hour sprints focused on specific tasks - Half-assing a bunch of projects 👉 Whole-assing just a few Kinda digging it tbh

    So I feel really stuck with Picpipe right now. Many people downloaded it but nobody uses it daily or even weekly. Hard to understand patterns and what people trying to solve with it. Customer interviews give some insights but nothing I can take as an action item.
