    BREAKING: Judge Merryday rejected the DOD's request to set aside injunction. It remains in effect for the two military plaintiffs. Next steps: the Court of Appeals and extending the same protection to the entire class of all service members against the unlawful shot mandate.

    Three deaths during a normal clinical vaccine trial would halt most studies mid-trial. Pfizer documented 1,223 deaths of trial participants, all before 2/28/21. Just one example of the data that Pfizer & the FDA deemed "not ready for prime time." Certainly not the only one.

    The military maintains that our plaintiff is disobeying a "lawful order" while simultaneously showing extraordinary contempt and disregard of their own "lawful order" to acknowledge and abide by Religious Freedom Restoration Act, otherwise known as RFRA.
