They’re not giving anything, they’re just redirecting money raised from VAT! If the remediation works cost £8 Billion, the Government will raise £1.6 Billion in VAT Receipts! Also, don’t forget the amount of VAT Receipts the Government is already collecting from the Waking Watch!
