At least you are explaining what a skills wallet is. We did an awful job at doing that in 2019.
The rapidly changing workplace makes it vital that people can acquire new skills throughout their lifetime. Today I asked the Govt to take up the idea of the @LibDems “Skills Wallet” that would give people up to £10k to access education and training throughout their lifetime
