Fortun said the gunshot wounds on the activists were sutured, posing challenges so that one of the 9 was "not autopsied at all." Of the 9, only 2 had clothes submitted with the body. Fortun said clothes were important to examine because bullets pass through them also.

Fortun says they did not get the body fresh. That there was some embalming and some extent of autopsy already done. All bodies "were not in good shape" when taken to UP, said Fortun, posing more challenge.

This is one of the bodies of the 9, which shows some injuries even in the fingers. Fortun says this is "defense type injury." Could she have reacted to the assault? Fortun says to answer that question, there should be reconstruction of the shooting.

This is the body of Manny Asuncion. Fortun says the 3 gunshots to his upper chest were the fatal shots. Asuncion's home was searched, but he was killed in his office in another town. Police claim there was a chase. rappler.com/nation/police-

Fortun says union leader Dandy Miguel was the one coordinating with her for the examination of the 9 activists killed in Bloody Sunday. Weeks after, Miguel was killed, his body brought to Fortun also. "Who wanted him killed?"

Fortun: Each one who died deserve a homicide investigation.
