    One rhetorical trend on the left is using the term “structural” for everything, often for problems that are just interpersonal or anecdotal. The word is rapidly losing meaning.

        IMHO: "Structural racism". One would think that this would be by law, e.g. like seggregation. But no, it just mean that blacks are disadvantaged a lot. (Which has many complex reasons)

        Funny enough, it turns out words and ideas have an incredible amount of power, just not so much when shouted by the powerless as agreed upon by the powerful. Changing the script for elites, on say, the relative goodness of big business, would be far more effective than protests
