    Work/Life balance starts with your leadership teams. I don’t check my email after 5pm because that’s family time and my boss respects that boundary. I love my job, but I don’t live to work. I work to live. Stop praising people for working 18 hour days. 🙏

    What tech meetups _aren't_: mini tech conferences. What tech meetups _are_: communities. If you want better local tech meetups, volunteer to give a presentation/demonstration. I promise you the hardest part of being a tech meetup organizer is finding speakers.

    Hey black people, law school is hard. But black lawyers make up less than 5% of the industry. That percentage is declining. Meanwhile, 52% of children whose cases are waived to criminal court are black. There is a sad correlation here. We need black lawyers.

    Extraordinary read. This guy is simultaneously repulsive and also completely “on the money” with some of the stuff he comes out with
