Good job and someone needs to report him to the bar as he should lose his license to practice law over this tweet. You don't ever threaten anyone no matter who you are or just because you can carry a gun in Texas. He should lose his Twitter account as well.

But that’s why I don’t like mandatory buybacks. Not just this guy, but Waco, Ruby Ridge. Voluntary buybacks, bans on new sales and large magazines along with no-loophole background checks would have stopped most recent mass shootings.

Good, he should. That's straight up a death threat.
And I think O'Rourke's policy is unconstitutional and tyrannical, but that is a death threat, clear cut.

Stupid statement but hardly a threat - just a more inflammatory way of saying "cold, dead hands". Had he said, "coming for you", I'd agree.
