I learned this while building out my team over 18 months. According to ISC2 we're looking at 3m unfilled #Infosec jobs. Postings need to be written to sell the company to the candidate. "Ask not what that candidate can do for you, but what you can do for the candidate."

Interestingly I know several experienced, skilled and qualified security people looking for work but there appears to be almost no vacancies other than entry level roles. At an org last week that put out an offer which had 35 suitable applicants in a week.

I find the whole "3 million" unfilled security jobs number a crock. The real problem is job listings like the one
