Same happens to me... I periodically go through my subscriptions and manually delete them. It's like someone using a bot or something... the ones I got subbed to were tiny channels not even in my language...
This could happen because of a third party extension. Try disabling them on your browser if you have any. Here's more info: https://goo.gl/zv4e4E . Also, try signing out and signing back in to see if it makes any difference. Keep us posted.
I do have an extension and will disable it, ill tell you if this keeps happening.
