woah @RoamResearch is actually fantastic
bidirectional links
infinite (?) lists like workflowy
to-do list functionality with date tagging
extremely easy page creation
graph visualization of how pages are linked to one another
pretty, minimalistic layout

And typing in it is really easy, no surprises Do you know how to turn a block into a page, by any chance? I can't figure it out

Yup multiple lines Like, taking the first line to be the page title, everything underneath the content I don't want to bug their CEO again..

A block is a page. Click on its bullet and you can see it as a page

Ah But can you. _make_ it a standalone page easily, rather than just see it as one? I'm cutting the content and pasting it right now

What is it that you want to do with it, as a stand-alone page? Link to it with [[ ]] ? I agree that’s a weird jump that isn’t well-supported

You could select the part that you want to be the title and put [[ around it, making it a link to a new page. Then open that new page. Then drag the contents (drag the bullet point) from the linked references into the new page

Yep that seems like the best approach now, thanks
