making it easier to access calm, confidence and creativity. My experience has been that as I work these things in myself, it becomes easier to stay even-keeled and constructive when faced with a difficult situation. 3/

The presence of other people is critical for this work, both as a way of getting support while going through it, and a way of surfacing things to work on. Solo practice is necessary but not sufficient. 4/
