The cultural attitude of attaching "Intense infatuated dependence" with "expressing love for another being" is about as dysfunctional and harmful as it gets... I want to say "I love you" at least 10 times a day but am frustrated with the need to add an explanation on top

1) There's no need, but it seems likely if someone gets freaked to some degree after hearing I love you I'll desire to do some explaining... Which itself isn't bad, but I would say I love you more if I didn't expect to explain afterwards

2) Mostly around bringing situations with higher than average connection, but with audiences who may be new to that. Rephrasing to "I feel love towards you" or similar in context may be better... But grumph

What if explaining were an opportunity to feel and share even more love?
