Feels like authenticity is a measure of how little you are intentionally misrepresenting yourself - but this isn't a very useful metric if you are unconsciously bullshitting yourself. I'd rather talk about integrity and consistency than authenticity.

Authenticity is a measure of unintentional misrepresentation as well. If there is some incongruence between your words and your body language, it will be noticed by others even if you aren’t aware of it yourself.

Integrity and consistency are valuable but a different axis. You may be consistent in your behavior without ever consciously noticing that that behavior causes you pain which others can perceive.
