Do you find things like ‘aerobic exertion’ correlate well with interestingness?

There's a light correlation. In the sweet spot of exertion, the middle of the bell curve, I have more energy to apply toward finding the "yes and" stance that makes things more interesting

@levity though instead of qigong I usually refer to it internally as dance (although qigong may point more directly). Breathing, parkour, dance, sex, 'movement', whatever... it's all dance. - 1 more reply
