I feel like I could use an exercise form that is based on rapid, unpredictable, unskilled whole-body movements. Like jogging/jumping jacks/burpees in place facing different directions while somebody (or an app) tells me to change directions or exercises randomly. Is this a thing?

Try just walking 20 minutes, but focusing on your posture, core, and butt.

If you’re looking for something at the energy level of burpees with more randomness & spontaneity, but you don’t already have the physical+mental integration to just make something up for yourself, you are more likely to injure yourself than you think.

Hmm. How much of this is about taking yourself out of the driver’s seat, vs just introducing more variation in your movement?
