End of a long week for those of us that have been waiting for @actblue data to shed some new light on this election, so indulge me. Campaign finance can be tricky to cover. The real question is how $$ shape politics, and events.

Small-dollar contributions have long been a black box. Campaigns don't have to disclose info on donors giving $200 or less. But there's a loophole: @actblue. Most Democratic contributions now go through them, and they have to disclose. It's a lot of data.

The data let us say a lot about where donors are, and how they're thinking about the Democratic presidential primary.
