I think an even more interesting approach is how much data can be used temporarily to solve a problem by accessing it directly from a user - without trying to store or own it.

No. It’s how much data do we gather when the platform gathers all, and perhaps are better guardians of it than the vendors. When it should be the users, especially for identity.

eh maybe. Siri listening to everything and Apple Watch tracking everywhere you go and how your body is pretty much well everything. So ok.

Siri doesn’t upload a constant audio stream to Apple. Same for the Apple Watch. All of that happens on device.
