Can you explain? If a city gets too busy it becomes less viable to nomad / work / live in, eg Lisbon now

Great idea!
Maybe this goes without saying but high season in the Southern Hemisphere might be different months.
And warmer places in the northern hemisphere like Florida may have highs during the winter, since people go there to get away from the cold.
