Manja Meggendorfer will talk about three reserach projects using targeted panel sequencing: I) mutational profiling via #WES, II) #CNV + CN-LOH detection with the CNV spike-in panel in routine diagnostics III) comprehensive detection of mutations, deletion and CN-LOH for TP53

Reanalysis of 553 pediatric #AML #WTS led to the identification of a new AML subtype with recurrent 9bp insertions in exon 3 of CBFB. The GEP of cases with CBFBins was similar to CBFB::MYH11 AML but had a more stem-like signature (BCL2L14, MEIS1, HOXA).
