In very same week our nation celebrates 65th anniversary of Brown, GOP Senate schedules votes on nominees who refuse to say Brown was correctly decided. This is no coincidence. Please call your Senators & tell them this is unacceptable. 202-224-3121.

Gonna admit I haven’t read the article yet because I don’t care what it says - it can be the most pro-women article ever written. The headline is horrible, sexist - and very likely wrong. Change it.

"Dems' singular focus on Trump makes sense: Beating him removes immediate threat to nation’s political health. But America’s problems are also structural.... Given GOP political interests lie in restricting scope of democracy, it’s up to Dems to win Senate so they can fix it."

The 65th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education is one week away. At same time, the Senate will vote on several Trump judicial nominees who refuse to say Brown was correctly decided. LET’S BE CLEAR: If you can’t support Brown, you can’t be confirmed.

Judicial nominee Wendy Vitter began offensive trend of refusing to say Brown v. Board was correctly decided. This became rule, not exception. GOP votes on Vitter next week as we celebrate . Rule of law under attack everywhere, especially here.

🚨🚨We already knew that HUD’s proposed rule to evict mixed-status families from subsidized housing had nothing to do with alleviating the housing crisis and everything to do with instilling fear in immigrants. Now, we have HUD’s own words to prove it. 1/

Hard to say which is more nauseating, the photo or the content of article. Good riddance except for DAG coming behind him won’t say Brown v. Board was correctly decided. That’s outrageous position for second in command at agency whose mission is justice.

Attended oral argument in census case & wholeheartedly agree with Linda Greenhouse’s take: “Validating the Trump administration’s cynical hijacking of the census would have a devastating effect on integrity of the Supreme Court.”

The president all but confirmed today that he improperly asked the DOJ to prosecute John Kerry. I'm now demanding that A.G. Barr answer what he refused to tell me last week - has the White House improperly pressured him to investigate the president's perceived enemies?

57 years after Thurgood Marshall confirmed to 2nd Circuit, Senate confirmed to same circuit. Park led effort to undermine equal educational opportunity for students of color & refused to say Brown v. Board was correctly decided. Make no mistake--we are backsliding.

No surprise here: Trump is again trying to use the courts to roll back civil rights, sabotage access to affordable health care, and rig the system in favor of the ultra-wealthy. Michael Park: another judicial nominee who would take our country backward. Vote NO!
