He already missed the rest of the season and possibly the Euros. The pandemic salvaged his season. He won't be so lucky next season when he gets injured for another two to three months again.
Agreed. “Injured” twice this season but still played 29? Pandemic definitely helped his season. Imagine if Shearer didn’t get those big injuries...... had to change his game never stopped scoring!
