    Hi! At every Twitter global all-hands, I read real-time Qs that come in from our employees. It’s always open and unfiltered. An audio clip of me reading was leaked, edited and misrepresented as my (and the company’s) views.

    better late than never: you can finally search *the contents* of your DMs. rolling out globally today!

    The DM inbox on the app. The search bar at the top is tapped which opens a search screen with tabs at the top for “All”, “People”, “Groups”, and “Messages”. The term “Res” is searched and on the “All” tab, people, groups, and messages that contain that phrase populate. The search is refined to the word “Restaurant” and the “Messages” tab is tapped to show messages that contain that word.
    We know you’ve been waiting for the option to search your DMs… Now you can use the search bar in your inbox to find specific messages using keywords and names.

    We heard you –– some of you always want to see latest Tweets first. We've switched the timeline back and removed the tabbed experience for now while we explore other options.
