Wenn gute Anwälte objektiv erkennbar schwach agieren, muss das nicht an Unfähigkeit liegen. Manchmal machen Anwälte schlicht das relativ beste aus einem schwachen Fall. Schertz/Bergmann haben ein pauschales Dementi verbreitet, mit dem mehr zugestanden als bestritten wurde.
