My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

Their deaths were a direct result of his decision to rob the armored car for his own personal benefit. Was it not?

The way that murder works is that someone kills another person, in this case with a gun. Boudin's father was not armed and did not kill anyone. Hope that clears things up for you.

He didn't kill any of those people. You should probably read about what actually happened. Very sad. But he didn't kill them.

I lived what actually happened. You should have to live what actually happened you. David Gilbert was a terrorist for 10 years prior. He knew what was going on. You don't have to pull a trigger to be a murdering pos. Either you are REALLY IGNORANT or an even bigger pos.

If the victim was killed with a gun, then you literally do have to pull the trigger to be the murderer.
