My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

Their deaths were a direct result of his decision to rob the armored car for his own personal benefit. Was it not?

The way that murder works is that someone kills another person, in this case with a gun. Boudin's father was not armed and did not kill anyone. Hope that clears things up for you.

He made the decision to be involved with an armed robbery with semi automatic weapons. He is responsible for their deaths.

He decided to commit a crime, which was robbery. He's served 40 years. He didn't kill anyone. He's not responsible for murders he didn't commit. Are you a republican?

Your logic lacks accountability. He wasn’t robbing a lemonade stand with a squirt gun. He knew who he was working with. He knew they would be armed. He didn’t fire the gun but he helped them plan a terrorist attack so he could make hundreds of thousands of dollars for HIMSELF

He planned an armed robbery. Yes. Which, from what I was able to find, carries a maximum penalty of 25 years. He served about 40. And again, he didn't kill anyone. You shouldn't be held accountable for a crime that someone else commits.
