There has been ZERO available customer support since yesterday and your lines are still closed. Even a supposedly open London office isn’t picking up. We are on a deadline in terms of travel and our lack of options/help is appalling. Not to mention we are traveling with a toddler

. utterly shocked with your lack of available customer service. At 4pm, we got a flat. We had to get a cab back. The car wasn’t towed to our location until midnight. We need to be in London this afternoon and do not have time to repair the tire.

Hey I've been baited-and-switched now at 3 of your dealerships with dealers telling me a car is in stock and then calling me back saying "it just sold" and trying to sell me on a completely different car. This is really bad business.
