    番茄鐘工作法的長時休息不該有趣，亦不該被期待，就像是短時休息一樣。休息，在番茄鐘工作法中，純粹是為了冷卻持續運作的大腦，而不是增加更多的負擔。娛樂亦是對大腦的負擔，故應當被視為一種工作。如果連日工作使得你缺少娛樂，該調整的是工作的排程，而不是休息的內容。

    原來把課程 project 的 loading 做完，然後調成 deferred 到下次上完課的時間，是這麼令人滿足的事情阿！
