How does it assess creativity? Seems like it only assesses whatever podcast I listened to last

Probably not the best way to assess creativity but I think the teaching part requires you to be fairly creative on the fly. Many of the best explanations will be creative and memorable analogies.

I can vouch for this being a good question; we ask it as part of our interviews. Caveat though: “nerds” will be unusually good at this question because they often have deep knowledge of niche things. Conversely it can underestimate a “boring” but smart person
