So we want to cover the Alex Jones defamation case on @lawfulmasses. But because of YouTube amazingly-vague "guidelines", we are now having an internal discussion of whether it's a violation to monetize, to publish, or keep unlisted, etc.

So instead of focusing on the quality of the information, we're spending almost an hour now just discussing if it's even allowed to be put on

Dude just post it. You're a lawyer so if the lawyer bots try anything invoke case law.. bots will go does not compute.

Case law says the opposite. YouTube can be vague and have a one-sided agreement and there's nothing anyone can do.
