Depends on the territory, under UK law airguns *are* considered firearms, and even require a firearms certificate over certain pressures.

That also makes no sense. "projectile weapon" mebs but not "FIREarm" as there's no fire. Not that I'm saying it's not true. We have a law here that says if the magazine is out of the gun, but in the same container, it's "loaded" even though it couldn't fire in that condition.

Depends on what it looks like. I have a pellet gun that looks exactly like a real 9mm pistol, its only upon being close to it that you can see its not a real gun. Heck its not even air, its spring. Would have to see the gun to really judge if this was wrong or not.

I'm pretty sure that youtube will not just take his say so that its just an airgun and not a real one if it looks like a real one.

I'm in no way sticking up for how YouTube treats firearm content. That being said, you can buy airguns that, for all intents and purposes probably should be classified as firearms. Were talking guns that can knock a deer down easy. They are actually really cool.

We are talking .45 caliber rifles with a suppressor shipped to your doorstep. Suppressor laws only apply to firearms. Is it as dangerous as a .45acp handgun? No, but I'd rather not have either one pointed at me.
