    For the record, I don't want these teachers to teach my kids. Anything that you do to trap my kids in schools where they teach is an act of class war.

    I wonder how many families would "choose" public schools when given the option to leave?

    What was worse for some (in my instances) was that I CONTROLLED my content, including show topics, segments, guest bookings, etc. Heaven forbid I diversified that as well. For some, Black faces in the media are ok, as long as Black minds and voices are not there as well.

    1 colleague I had during my time as a tv & radio host (producing my own shows) dubbed my shows "Black power hours" to "shame White people" b/c I expressed a Black POV on relevant issues (e.g., in 2014) when relevant. Insane & wrong. She's still on the airwaves today.

    THIS: Harvard Business Review found that newsroom layoffs disproportionately involve people of color and women, and that people of color are penalized for speaking out about diversity.
