        Holaaaa des lasagnes à 5000 kcal la portion 😲 Les aubergines absorbent l'huile à mourir... PS: pour se choper une chiasse, c'est bien aussi

        Non, si vous salez les aubergines pour les faire dégorger 25 minutes avant, les aubergines n’absorbent aucune huile et grillent à la cuisson. Gros sel ou fleur de sel à privilégier.

        De toute façon il est conseiller de faire cela avant de faire cuire les aubergines dans n’importe quel cas. De rien !

        Ha ben, je les cuis au four dans les faire dégorger mais plus souvent en ratatouille...

        Oui alors au four dégorger est quasi obligatoire pour avoir des aubergines grillés. Sinon un conseil pour la ratatouille, dégorgées, pré cuites à la plancha ou autre avec très peu d’huile, puis les faire en ratatouille.

        Parce que si on les dégorge pas les aubergines rendent énormément d’eau et cela fait de la bouillie. Et elles s’imprègnent d’huile. Les dégorger avant permet de les saisir avant pour les griller efficacement ;)
