We've checked and are able to see the video on your channel. A few questions, does this happen across devices? Have you tried signing out/signing back into the account? Also, are your subs reporting that the video is not in their subs feed? Let us know.

yeah that's definitely how it's acting but I have it saved as public and I've gone back and checked over and over to make sure 
I got the notification and it shows up on the front page of my YouTube app but then I go to my subscriptions and it’s nowhere to be found. What the heck @YouTube
