The other honestly frightening thing about the Incel stuff I've been looking at is that they use that asshole who shot a bunch of women in LA as a "hero" type or whatever. So I'm just waiting to find out that this other dude is ALSO a murderer.

So some asshole pulled his photo off of the internet somewhere because they thought he was ugly and now they're using him to further their hateful pity party. WOW. I hope he's living his best life out there.

Another thing that really gets me is the amount of "NO ONE ELSE UNDERSTANDS MY SUFFERING" among these people -- it's a COMMUNITY of people who all feel shitty about this thing but every single one of them thinks he is alone in the universe.

There's no shortage of well meaning people trying to say "Hey, you're not alone, and women feel lonely too" but they get outright denied and ignored. These guys are somehow getting off on being the ONLY UNFUCKABLE PERSON IN THE WORLD WOE WOE. What a mess.

Sthg that is awfully strange: One of the common threads is "I have an ugly face, I don't have a chance". When women argue back, incels refute w/a picture of someone w/a deformation or horrible injury. "Would you fuck that? I DIDN'T THINK SO. CHECKMATE."

There's no equivalency to the man's personal looks and the image that he posts (& there's a whole level of ableism I'm not even gonna get into). But somehow, "you wouldn't fuck someone far 'uglier' than me" becomes the baseline for whether your words can be real.

But if you WOULD sleep with the person provided as proof you "wouldn't", then you're laughable and disgusting. It's like they have ZERO interest in NOT being an "incel". Like this identity &victimhood means more to them than the thing they think they are a victim OF.
