I believe it's called bail. Should we start denying bail? Revoke Habeus Corpus? Pretty extreme suggestion. This is why SFPOA are bad-faith actors. It has no bearing in reality. Supply and demand dictates more dealers come in to take their place, always have.

The chart on the left doesn't show the numbers or scale. What is the dotted line on the right and why is SF the only city that has one? Index of 2 for what kind of crime and why is it cropped? I analyze data for work. These are all intentionally manipulated to paint a narrative.

I'm happy to take a look at the data, but I need to see the actual sources. Considering SF ranks 55th in the nation for violent crime, the "2" index is particularly fishy. Probably 2 for property crime, that I believe, but it doesn't say, just says "Crime index".
