Working thru mommy and daddy issues by impractical policies is leaving a wake of apocalyptic level drug dealing, homelessness and violence in the streets, but SF has always been just a stepping stone toward more grandiose visions driven by a vacuous, narcissistic void.
I used to live at 11th and Clement until not too long ago. Great neighborhood.

Few things I want more than safety for the people who live there, especially the elderly. I just know how easily people can get whipped into a frenzy. Take the one black dude shoplifting from the Walgreens for example.

I'm wondering why they dont hire off-duty SFPD to protect the safety of their employees who are not being paid nearly enough to have to deal with it. Everyone else is more worried about someone getting something for free from a national chain that made $28B in profit last year.
