Whether one is thinking globally and acting locally, what’s not working in San Francisco is a hell of a lot, and it’s no longer “system/ic failures”. Overall, the US “criminal justice” system needs a lot of work, but that cannot be used to excuse or obfuscate the failings here.
That’s what my eyes and ears and brain tell me. So it’s now the intersections fault, but not the drunk, high, serial felon’s actions or fault, nor those that enabled him to be on the streets to do more carnage? You must be exhausted from the mental and logic gymnastics.
