    Would love to say I'm surprised by all the negative commentary around the pay rise for NHS employees, unfortunately not. I'd like to see the same people spouting nonsense on Twitter about SNP grandstanding actually speak with the deserving workers themselves.

    Honest question. Why don't we call ourselves Software Designers? Feel like it's much easier to understand. I've used it to describe what I do and people seem to get it much quicker than Product Designer.
