JBS, Cargill, & Tyson are the three top meat processors in USA. SYSCO, the purveyor to restaurants, is #4, & Smithfield’s #5, but it’s mostly pork products. There are smaller regional brands, but these companies have the same problems on a smaller scale. provisioneronline.com/2018-top-100-m
