    Growing up my mom often told me to trust my gut, e.g. if something simply didn’t *feel* right it probably wasn’t. The older I get the more I appreciate that one’s intuition is powerful, built upon a lifetime of experiences, and worth listening to.

    there's so much skepticism in vc. one way I'm getting my head around it in hopes of having more productive conversations is by using the 'ol IDEO "how *might* we think about this," or "how *might* this business work" might is far more welcoming than "should" or "can"

    So happy for and her path into VC, proving that there is no singular way to get where you’re going and that a varied journey has untold benefits (including owning PR!!) - this is a fantastic read for anyone curious about earned press
