You can do a little trolling to pass the time, but it doesn’t address the root issue that you’re now getting messages from campaigns you vehemently oppose. (I’m almost certain this is the result of previously opting out of campaigns whose views were aligned with yours)

You can try texting ‘STOP’ to opt out from texts you get but now:
- they know you exist and aren’t a dead number
- they will assume you’d like to be reached by email or physical mail
- your utility to them is now a commodity to pawn off to another committee
